I can't get my miner to work. I'm starting with this command on windows.

when i check state:

Connected to the mainnet pool. Mining on. Normal operation.
Wallet says im connected and mining but no balance and mining for hours. Please help. My time is 7:24pm which is GMT.

Can take a few hours sometimes to get paid
Allow it up to 24H and see if you get paid If not change pool 
Its just hard for me to accept that this pool is working when my miner says badaddr. Thanks for advice
