That is quiet obvious this is just an endgame of a large SPR bag holder. The fork is a pump attempt. No point to wait for any kind of answer here, the 'dev' not even active and haven't even logged in since posting the ANN.

anyway it is really stupid to keep silence even if it is pump attempt...in case of large holder "deadcat bounce" it is more useful to post beautiful twits, pics, posts etc...to make hype in the community...it is not so hard to do you know))
