JUICED 13 PORT HUB only has 5v 3a adapter NOT 9a. havent tested it out yet but should only support 6. got 2 from amazon, they're going back monday

I ordered the BIGTec 10-port hub, figuring it's still pretty cheap even if I only get three usable ports out of it.  But when I opened it, I got a nasty surprise.  Even though the box clearly states a 2A power supply, the label on the adapter inside shows only 1A (1000mA).  It's going back to Amazon on Monday. =(

Updated both these hubs' info in OP with correct informations and "beware" signes in the footnotes.

Strange that Juiced customs support stated that they give 45W to the hub (as per reviews on page 8 of this thread). How do they expect to run 9 2.0 ports on that little power in addition to 4 3.0 ports?!

i thought something was funny when the 10 port hub is $50 on their site but the 13 port supposedly 9a (who's ever seen a 5v 9a wall wart) is only $30? the psu is 85% the cost of the device

the only way to go for packing a whole bunch of stick price effectively is to use open case PSUs... picked up a 5v 20a for $20 which i will try powering 30-35 miners (via 10 port $6 cheap hubs) later next week.

Total cost should be under $2 per port (possibly a little over $1 depending on how many 10 port strips it will power) if it works
