So i put in the US server ip in my miner (45.79.223.173) with the same port and it connects to the US server and everything is running smooth. Hope this helps anyone who's still dealing with a high ping. 
What is your miner? Claymore doesnt want to accept this address for either solo-coin or autoswitch-algo
