I am going to start a digital asset exchange just like binance, can I have some suggestion about anything such as how to attract users, how to improve users experience or how to administrate the system from you guys? Wish to communicate with you. 
you exchange must be safe to use and cheap to use, thats the main problem you have, also you have to reach critical mass, those that were early with cryptos have clearly an advantage, you can however specialise on new coins, that are emering like waves, that is beeing traded by many exchanges, like ethereum (waves market)
this way you can receive a market segment, you can also try unique direct coinswap combinations,
or you can just focus on low prices,
be careful about the withdrawal fee though these are pissing many users off
