I am going to start a digital asset exchange just like binance, can I have some suggestion about anything such as how to attract users, how to improve users experience or how to administrate the system from you guys? Wish to communicate with you. 
For me, user-friendliness is everything: quick and easy signup, 2FA security, easy to navigate and find what you're looking for..
I really like how Binance allows you to select Basic or Advanced view.. It allows newbies to start more simply and increase as they become more experienced.
A reasonable fee structure is a must, and bonuses and other incentives are always a plus..
A good referral/affiliate program will encourage the community to spread the word.
As others have already said, a huge problem with exchanges right now is Customer Service and simply not being able to service the number of tickets in a timely way. Creating bounties to encourage the community to create Youtube videos and blog posts etc will not only help spread the word, but will also hopefully alleviate many of the FAQ that users will have.

As the idea of Youtube videos and blog posts, it is absolutely a brilliant idea. I think we would do this after we get our first group of users, it could publicize our exchange and attract more users efficient. Thanks for you inspire!
