They did a presale and a crowdsale. Presale started last year, believe they raised about 1/3 for the presale, with a small bonus. But crowdsale hardcap was reach and there is no bonus.
Yes, very soon they are going to list in exchanges too, but they didn't mention anything about the exchange name yet. Maybe by February 1st, they will list in the exchange.
