Neblio platform will be in top 10 crypto in March-April 2018. It's the newest technology project like Neo, Stratis, Lisk and Ethereum. New tokens system for platform NTP1 was issued this week. Soon it wil be 100x price.
I agree with you on this one, NEBLIO has great potential.
