Probably a really stupid question

I'm just trying to mine Ether only on  claymore V10.4 and I need a string for Nanopool and I just cannot figure it out

This is my current string, however the miner kept cutting out for 60 to 90 min intervals overnight - https://snag.gy/Fg2IU7.jpg
