We'll be changing payout on all future lotteries from current EV+ of 1% to 0% House edge. 100% of the money raised
with ticket sales will be paid out to the three winners.

I take it that *some* people were abusing the +1% thing by purchasing the maximum amount of tickets each time?
Hope that puts a stop to it at least. Now I just have to make sure that I never mention that the lottery is +EV in my next posts
