Custom Baikal Orange Pi have 26 more IO Pins on 1 side with 13 IO pins on opposite side.

Whereas General Orange Pi have only 13 pins on one side.

It's just missing the pin header. You'd need a soldering iron, solder, and a 2x13 0.1" pin header like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/183013174394.

Edit: I just checked an Orange Pi Zero I recently bought and it comes with a 2x12 and 1x12 header. Not sure why they're only 12 long since the Pi is 13 long. However since the stock Orange Pi already comes with the one row populated you could simply snap off (they're made for that) 2 of the pins on the 1x13 header and use it on the end of the 2x13 header. So now you just need a soldering iron & solder.
