On  Jan 18 , I have sent you a email in which I sent you pictures of my passport as an update on my ticket request (631882) regarding account access issue due to losing 2FA google authenticator.

On January 19, I received email from you:

Dear up112662167 ,We are still waiting for your response regarding the query you have sent to us some time ago. Please let us know if your concern has been resolved or do you still need our assistance.Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
On the same day I sent you email in which wrote: I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I already replied to you via email?I will reply to you again via form on the https://support.cex.io/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=87564.Best regards! So i did. In that form I have sent pictures of my passport also and subject was: UPDATE ON MY TICKET REQUEST NO. (631882): Recovery for locked or inaccessible account ( lost google authenticator)

Last night I received email from you that stated: Dear up112662167 ,We are sorry for delayed reply. Due to extremely high load of requests it will take us extra time to resolve your issue. Our support team is working around the clock to reduce the queue, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.Thank you for your patience.

And then shock, you sent me this email that my ticket is closed due to inactivity on which I am replying now. I don't know what happened? Please, I am waiting your assistance to recover my profile.
