There has been an issue with Qryptos' withdrawals concerning SPHTX.
Mainly, their main account is out of SPHTX. I don't know if they need to pull the tokens out from the sub accounts, but it's been quite a while, they also haven't processed any other withdrawals since either...
My 9443 tokens are in limbo...
