what do you choose before investing in ICO either looking at the TEAM of the project or concept of the project...?


if you choose the concept of the project and the project seems promising and legit  but the ICO is not showing the team details should i believe in that ICO...


if the ICO shows the best team and doesn't have a proper project concept should i believe in that ICO...
