This will be the first ICO of existing real big tech company.
After their tremendous success more big companies will come out with their own ICO. Can you image crypto coin by Amazon? Google's coin? Facebook? It will blow up the market.
I doubt that this companies will release their coins. Nothing is known even about ICO of Telegram. Pavel Durov has not given any official statements. This is just a rumor yet
