I am using Blockchain wallet and was trying to send it to my Coinbase with too low a fee. I am happy to send a higher fee, but since the money is still pending, I don't have it in my account to resend. I am at a complete loss for what to do, any help is appreciated.
Import the seed to a different wallet (eg Mycelium or Samourai for mobile, or Electrum for desktop), then see if it still shows up.
If it does then you can send it with a higher fee .
Your transaction doesn't have any change or you could have done a CPFP transaction.
