Maybe you should take responsibility yourself and read a damn bounty thread. If the bounty says there is a cap(which is the case in both bounties you mentioned) then there are only so many spots. Just because a proof of work for m is posted, it does not mean anyone is free to do the work weekly. There were 300-500 users accepted in each of these campaigns and the forms were only for those people. It did not mean the 1st 300-500 ppl to fill out the form would be paid weekly. I'm sorry you thought you were accepted to a campaign, but you were not and will not be compensated
