Why are my pool payments showing pending balance and then they are disappearing? Still I do not get any balance in my wallet - but wallet is up to date.. When I enter my wallet adress to the block explorer it states . Any ideas?

For stats here my hashrates: Quadcore i7 7700k: ~50h/s Dualcore i7 4800 ~26h/s. Weird that the 4800 is computing more hashes per core.
