Power off the unit, remove and reconnect the power, com cables, all of them, make sure they are well connected and why the heck would you connect your S9 to a pool that could potentially ruin it!
Which pool(s) do you know of that could potentially ruin a S9? I don't see that topic discussed in the "which pool should I join" posts.
