I can't believe that
smartcashvietnam is still screaming that Cryptopia is not delisting Smartcash, and then pointing us to a link where Cryptopia say they are delisting Smartcash - go figure ?
Cryptopia don't use the word 'delisting' but it's just semantics, this is what they say:
"Cryptopia has suspended trading for this currency and
will be closing the SmartCash markets. For all those users who have a balance of SmartCash, we advise you to withdraw your funds the latest SmartCash wallet" (sic)
https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/NewsCryptopia doesn't like admitting it delists coins that had high listing fees, so it often uses veiled language to announce a delisting.
