This can be a good factor to be consider when you are choosing ICO but of course you still have to analyze the project, study more about that so you can confidently invest on it. Still ICO is very risky and people should be careful since a lot of scams ICO's are out there. Invest the money you can afford to loose and don't expect any return easily cause not all good ICO's becomes successful it will always takes time.
