Have you tried using a Windows bootable USB (since you said it'll read that) to repair Winodws or perform start-up recovery?
Could be worth a shot before purchasing a new one
I tried, the problem is the SSD was reading ZERO available space. I ended up getting a new one anyway. Thanks for your help.
