I agree with that. ROI is one of important factors that attracts investors to invest their money in ICO. There is a coin called XCPO which has successful ICO because investors can get big ROI daily. The investors only need to buy hunderds dollar to buy XCPO  to run masternode but if new investors want to buy masternode of XCPO then they should have thousands dollar for it because the price is increase.
