Thanks for the heads up. If it's really a scam, why do we still continue to let them post on this thread?  Has anyone flagged them to a moderator?

I contacted moderator, but they said they don't deal with scammers because they can't get involved into judging whether a project is a scam or not. Besides, nobody can prevent them from creating new users, so blocking just one wouldn't solve anything.
