Hello! I downloaded Electrum-Windows-2.4.2. But it forever offline. How i can switch it to be online and start downloading blockchain info?
Try disabling the autoconnect feature under Tools, Network. Then try to manually connect to any of the manual servers listed there.

All electrum wallets below version 3.0.5 without a password set are vulnerable to a hack. The devs need to upgrade the electrum wallet to version 3.0.5
