There is no reason for panic sell at all. For example - I bought LTC for 230$ each. Just see at coinmarketcap: all market is red. LTC is one of basic investments. Just HODL 
I agree. HODL. There is no need to panic sell. However, I do think there is a need to have a spark to push current prices higher, for people to recognize the value of LTC as a viable alternative to BTC.
