Re: How to deal with stress?

Whenever I feel stressed, I calm myself first by breathing in and out reminding myself of the things that can possibly happen if I get stressed.  After which, I
 start to think about happy thoughts or how I can be productive, hence, I am able to accomplish tasks or goals and at the same time be healthy.
