how to withdraw btc ? i m still getting this error

I have same problem ... anyone going to answer on that?
1. send your btc from your wallt/dashboard to internel exchange
2. buy hbc at internel exchange with your btc mount
3. send your hbc from internel exchange to hbc wallet/dashboard
4. send yout hbc to an externel exchange and sell them there (u need min 10 HBC for withdrawal +0,01 HBC for fee!!)
