4) SHA256d algorithm?
5) Blake2s algorithm?

what's the meaning of both point number 4 and 5? a new algo addition?
become multialgo (adopt 5 different algo : X11, X12, X13, SHA256d and Blake2s) ?

or both SHA256d and Blake2s are meant to replace previous algo on this coin?

could dev please clarify this?
