I have faith in dev and his vision.
I am also totally new in this and have no idea on how to do staking for my 5219 klt coins.

Make sure to have it in your desktop wallet. Encrypt and backup your wallet for good measure. Once you have the wallet opened, go to options and Unlock wallet for staking. Once the coins have been in the wallet for at least 5 hours, you will begin to stake.
