If you really need some help you should give more info.
1. OS version
2. Driver version
3. GPU version|make
4. CPU
5. Installed RAM
6. Virtual memory settings
7. clinfo.txt from your system
8. Environmental variables
9. Miner initialisation string|config files

If it is not that easy just check for you virtual memory settings to be set not to automatic but to value of TOTAL GPU RAM of ALL GPUs + TOTAL RAM of your system (or more). If the settings works you can try to lower it trying to get your system down again :-)

Windows 7 64 out of the box without updates
Blockchain driver
2x r9 290 4gb asus directcu ii with stock bios
Athlon ii x2 2.6ghz
2gb ddr2 400
Vmem 1684gb min 17600 max
11.2 claymore

I feel like I've tried everything. I have a nearly identical rig as well except it has a phenom ii x3 2.7 and 4gb ddr2 and x2 r9 290x 4gb Asus direct cu ii with the same miner and config with no issues.

I brought the system down to test some old graphics cards before I sold them, booted then into Linux as to not mess up my Windows config/drivers. After that the system gives me the above errors and the miner just continuously restarts itself.

It doesn't appear to be a driver issue, I downloaded 3dmark and it seems to run fine.

I'm out of things to try!

1. Try to upgrade to Win10 as fast as possible.
2. I was unable to run any miner using Windows 7 Blockchain driver
3. Try to read suggestions. You have 2x4G video mem, 2G RAM, suggested Vmem = 10 G but you "run out of options" setting it to automatic from 2G to 18G. Just set 18G, no min or max.
4. 2Gb is way too few for Windows, may work for Linux but not sure. Go to 4 Gb minimum

BTW sorry for offtopic, it's really not about Claymore 11.2 but about you basic software and hardware.
