The first big spike in the past year, was definitely the result of a hype about the project. The second spike in the beginning of this year was probably cause by the all upcoming disrticts and updates the team released. For the third spike to come eventually, I think we could be able to see a much higher rise, as for a lot of stuff wil be released...such as the district platform and other great stuff
