Was able to withdraw my EFL from Poloniex today.
It states confirmed on their site and if I see Bittrex it shows that the deposit is currently pending with 0/256 confirmations.

Have not heard anything yet from Polo nor Bittrex.
I assume you have some contacts who you can ask directly. Wonder what their explanation is.
Looking at your posts you are going to buy Ripple with it. Believe me, you prefer me to not do anything for you so your coins stay in limbo and you won't make this mistake.
