ANGEL TOKEN DIVIDEND DECLARATION NOTICE

Dear Investors,

The Angel Foundation is committed to keeping to our principals as laid down in our ICO Whitepaper. One of those commitments is to make regular payments of excess profits to our Angel Token holders. However, we are also committed to the higher goal of long-term growth in the value of the assets that we hold and so will always look to balance both the desire to pay dividends and to use excess profits to make more profits.

Our dividend declaration dates each year are January 23, April 23, July 23 and October 23. With payment 7 days later.

So, our first dividend declaration date is here and we hope that it is no surprise that we are NOT paying a dividend this time. We made the investment decision at the beginning of January to remain in Ether and not to invest in any other coins until we were ready to do so, despite some eager members of our investment community urging us to do so (and to whom we are grateful to for their encouragement).

We are in the process of building up our research facilities and in working discussion with a few investments (to act as Angel Investors and help these coins grow their exposure and market value) and that are looking forward to showing our community.

We look forward to many significant dividend payments going forward once we start investing.
