whitepaper looks good, but did I understand correctly that this version is a short/preliminary version?
If that is the case, you might want to make it clear in the OP that there is more to come than this one-pager.
Hey boudesj!
The purpose of the paper we released was to provide a brief explanation of the design of Manta, as well as being easy to comprehend. We do plan on having a more in depth and technical paper in the future around the time of Manta's release, when everything is finalized tech-wise.
This coin looks good and I like the idea of distribution through faucets.
Can you tell in short what advantages will have Manta in comparison to Blackbytes (anonymous coins of other DAG currency - Byteball Bytes)?
Thanks!
In the comparison of Manta to Blackbytes, Manta is specifically focused on privacy, while Blackbytes is intertwined with the public currency, Byteball Bytes, which poses many privacy concerns, as well as obtaining and using Blackbytes can be incredibly inconvenient.
With our design making privacy mandatory, it ensures complete privacy to exist, as well as being the main focus of the currency.
