You're right, businesses have a right to advertise. However, spamming threads with the same thing over and over is annoying and will turn off potential users. Likewise, wording your pitch like it's a Ponzi-scheme for nutritional supplements does not inspire confidence in the credibility of your product. There is a difference between a real user mentioning a service they have used, and a Newbie account that is exclusively posting variations of the same sales pitch all over the place. You are not a community member sharing their experience; you are very actively shilling a product without establishing your credibility in advance.

For everyone else: Maybe this is legit, and maybe it isn't. Do your own research, and be very careful. To use these services, you need to trust your assets to someone else. Don't do so lightly (especially when staking PIVX is so easy without pools).
