And one more essential proof against their "theory" about sactions: many users, registered as Crimean residents, don't live there any more, and they informed the Support Team about it, giving all necessary proofs and documents, but their accounts are still blocked more than 1 month!  It means Bittrex doesn't support sanctions, but its own financial interests in making fraud!
