I never heard https://garlicoin.exchange/ before. Upon clicking the link the UI looks like it is created by a child. It doesn't even shows the information of the said Exchange. There is nothing in there, but a Sign up that looks like simple HTML Programming. Use other trusted Exchange rather than wasting your time using this Scam Exchange. Look for the coinmarketcap for a reliable source list of Exchanges.
