There's a very early prototype of this at , however it hit the problem of transaction malleability. SegWit finally solves that, but the process for enabling SegWit is incompatible with AuxPoW. We can fix that but it require a hard fork. Seeing the pattern here?
So; 1.14 is 90% done, and mostly requires a lot of testing. 1.15 forward compatibility tests should start soon, although 1.15 will probably not actually be released. 1.16 should include the hard forks for AuxPoW/SegWit compatibility and Doge/Ethereum bridges together.
