That's pretty cool. considering that Belarus is not the most open minded country... But I am happy they made such a decision 
Have you ever been to Belarus? I don't think that Belarus is not an open minded country. If you listen to a lot of western propaganda, then this can happen. For the western media, Saudi Arabia can be the most open minded country in the world and Belarus and Russia can be dictatorships. But the truth is known to everyone.
