It just my opinion, everyday just take 10 minute to some exercise is enough like jogging, climbing. Then control your eating. Don't eat junk food,fast food. Eat more fruit and vegetable. You are what you eat. Don't take too much medicine like panadol, painkiller, I understand that stress people always eat these medicine. But you have to understand the side effect of these medicine.
