I cant open as the message below is showing. Already tried to download a new wallet file and same happens....

Try removing all Bitradio-related entries from your registry and restarting the wallet. No need to download a new one.
How can I do that?
Shut the wallet down.
Win+R > regedit > find Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bitradio\Bitradio-Qt branch and delete all, then start the wallet.
