Blockchain 3.0 can also mean an update to the already existing 1.0 or 2.0. Arcblock will implement these updates in its blockchain. Ethereum platform is only being used to conduct ICO and distribute tokens. I am sure there will be a coin swap in the future when the custom blockchain is live
