Even if Bitcoin is used mostly for speculation, how can it be useless? People work to receive payment and if you can receive the same payment via Bitcoin, is it really useless? It may be the scam of the century but it brought about other cryptocurrencies. Or are you gonna say that the whole field is one big scam?
