Lightning network is centralized crap basically.

As you can see here (also original link on twitter), this thing you know nothing about already has 100 nodes and growing.
Do your own research instead of posting things from others' agenda.

I always wonder when Lightning network will be implemented?

It's being deployed and tested as we speak. Some have already made successful transactions on LN, since about 2 weeks ago it really looks good.

I think that the Lightning network will not significantly affect the price of BTH

It won't, because as soon as some businesses start using SegWit, as long as some businesses start using LN, the spam over the network will decrease more and more, making you think that all was in vain.
But, with Lightning Network you will not have to wait tens of minutes for a transaction; with LN Bitcoin will become a proper coin, a mean to pay for things in a proper way.
