I tried to send about .0066 BTC from electrum to another one of my wallets with a really low fee (around .0001) but unfortunately, the transaction has been stuck at 'unconfirmed' for the last three days. When I right click the transaction and click 'view on block explorer', nothing shows up. I understand that the transaction probably won't go through due to the low fee, but I thought the amount I sent would at least be returned to my wallet in 2-3 days?

Your transaction is stuck because of low fee, this need to be accelerated. I usually do this things for a small fee or donation but I like to help you here for free. Is your lucky day

Don't listen to this guy. Unless he shows us proof that he is not using a free accelerator service do not send him a single dime. He don't deserve it and he got a well deserved red trust for trying to cheat on our forum.
You can accelerate it yourself with a paid service like the one in the link below. They only ask 5 dollars for confirming it within 72 hours and I would pay these 5 dollars in order to confirm a transaction of 0.0066 bitcoin which is 72 dollars at the moment.
