4 bil tokens * 0.01 USD

Quite high positioning, a 10x from the ICO price will be #30,
a 40x of the ICO price will be #3.

We could expect a 4x, or 5x, from this ICO, because the initial market capitalization is quite high, but we speak about it next September.

~1.3 bil tokens will be sold in preICO/ICO, what happen to unsold tokens?
Will they go in "Reserve for system operations", or will they be destroyed?
