I am very interested in participating in the ICO, and I see them saying there are no limitations for US citizens. Then, I see the huge thing stating there may be limitations for US citizens. I really do not want to have money in limbo until it is available to be returned in case US citizens are not allowed to participate. I have a friend in this situation with TPAY ico.
