I find this funny. These guys need to review what Bitcoin "is." Go to an Ethereum's forum or any other coin that offers token creation. Lol.

No. If their account is in full member then it is on full member. The thing is (if you read the previous post in this thread and you can find the answer in pages 1 and 2) it would be tricky to rank their account up especially when they only post garbage.
