swapping coins on an exchange is usually known as trading. you can trade paccoin for a number of coins.
there are two things that I find illogical:
1. Nobody could release patch without consent from the original devs, what was sent to cryptopia and yobit that caused the current issue?
2. Automatic "swap", how on earth could exchange agree to a representative's request?
wmcorless is not the dev. The patch was sent by the new devs. Corless is just trying take control of the old coin back by causing confusion.
